Uli's is our go-to waterfront restaurant in white rock. The food is always spot on and it's super customizable. My sister-in-law and I both ordered the most basic burger which is cooked to your liking (medium is what they recommend) you can have your burger on a regular bun, a gluten-free bun or upon request have a naked burger wrapped in butter lettuce, which is what we both opted for. If that wasn't enough you can also get half and half sides so we both went for the mixed green salad with skinny fries. There were honestly so many options, I can't even remember them all. They even had two differently cut fry options. Not only are they super accommodating but the food is unreal. The beef was mind-blowing, it was so flavourful I can't even describe it. I hardly eat meat anymore, so that could have been part of the reason I found it extra delicious but I doubt it because my sister-in-law and brother both thought the same and they eat meat on the reg. I highly recommend this great spot. If it wasn't enough that the food is amazing, it also has a stunning view of the water and the white rock pier.
