Located on Main Street, this is one of my favourite places to grab fish and chips in Vancouver. It is an indulgence so we rarely go. If we do, I usually just sneak a few bites of Nick’s and grab something lighter somewhere else on Main Street. However, it is so good and it is so hard to stop picking at his fries once I start.

If you’re a fan of McDonalds thin style french fries but with more crunch then you are going to love these fries. They’re my favourite fries i’ve had in the city. The fish on the other hand is literally exactly what you want. It’s a hefty piece of fish and is great quality. It literally melts in your mouth. The batter is so hot and crispy. It’s perfect, what else can I say.

It’s a really neat spot. You walk in, they sell fish and then they also have a counter where you can order fish and chips, fish tacos…etc and then sit at their bar which is basically on either side of an open window. We like to sit on the outside bench on the street. it doesn’t hurt that the wood on that side of the counter is better for pictures. It’s garner, and more like driftwood.
