There are few things I love more than vanilla macarons. I recently stopped by Bel Cafe on Robson street to give their macarons a try. They were delicious I ordered an entire box of just vanilla. These macarons were soft and chewy, just the way I like them!

These are some of my favourite macarons in the city. I have been a long time fan of Thierry and I have yet to try Laduree but these gave Thierry a run for their money.
