NEUTRAL TONE DOG ESSENTIALS FOR LOUIE
We found out we were getting Louie with very little time to prepare for him, but lucky for me I’ve been collecting inspiration for what I’d like to get when we had a puppy for ages. I wanted toys that he would love and that served a purpose and that would go with the aesthetic and colour palette within our home. The reality is that toys will be on the ground throughout the day so why not have them look good in the space, right?
We also bought some basic necessities to use while we work on getting him house trained which I will share in another post. We tried to stick to patternless basics like a thin black collar, gold round dog tag (Free at Bosley’s), a 15’ black mesh training leash (which has been perfect), 4’ black training leash, chewing bones and a white fluffy dog bed for his crate.
We currently have a black 30” kong black crate but I have my eye on a gold one with a custom made cushion and bumper for once we can trust he won’t chew everything. He’s already been so well behaved, we can’t believe how good he’s been with waiting to use the washroom outside but you can never be too careful because accidents do happen.
