storing cilantro
To get the most out of your cilantro, keep it in a glass jar with an inch or two of water. If you’re refrigerating it, keep a plastic bag over it loosely. This will significantly prolong the life of your cilantro. Every week, go through your cilantro and rinse away any brown leaves and give the stems a quick trim if you feel it’s necessary.
