SEARED SCALLOPS WITH LEMON-CAPER SALSA VERDE
This recipe is so easy and it’s the best scallop dish I’ve ever had. It was so light and flavorful. We served it with my mom’s Roasted Mushroom, baby kale and arugula salad with truffle oil drizzle and it was a perfect combination. It’s also great served with some fresh ciabatta bread which you can dip in the left over salsa verde. You can find the recipe here.
