WATERFRONT WINES

This restaurant located in downtown Kelowna holds a special place in my heart. Not only is it one of my favourite restaurants, it's the restaurant that is catering Nick and my wedding. Our wedding planner, Nicole of created lovely recommended we visit their restaurant when we were in town earlier this year viewing potential wedding venues to see if we would be interested in having them as our caterer. It was love at first sip. Their wine was ice cold, just how my family likes it and literally everything we ordered was the best thing we've ever tasted. 

All of the ingredients used in the dishes are used because they are in season so the menu is always changing.

The second time around, we were taking Emma there to try out the food to make sure she liked it for the wedding but also to celebrate the fact that I had just asked her to be my maid of honour and she said 'YES!'. Our lovely server brought us some complimentary sparkling rosé to celebrate.

The first time we visited the restaurant we ate so fast that I forgot to take a picture of all of the amazing food but luckily on our second visit we were sat outside and the lighting was just so stunning that I was able to get some pictures of what we ordered.

Nick and I both ordered the special which was the halibut as it's one of the dishes we will have on our wedding menu. It was phenomenal! So flavourful, perfectly cooked and come on... look at that presentation! Emma had the duck and loved her meal as well.
