I fell in love with Gwenyth Paltrow’s book ‘The Clean Plate’ so I decided I had to order this one too. I’ll share my favourite recipes as I cook through it.

roasted cauliflower + chickpeas with mustard + parsley

This recipe was so easy and delicious. Next time, I think I’ll use a little less oil in the sauce and use some lemon juice instead. Just to make it a bit lighter. I think it would also pair really well with arugula if you want to make it into more of a salad.
