I am very happy with this shampoo and conditioner combo. My hair feels thick and looks shiny every time I use it. I always feel like there is a protective coating on my hair after using it but my hair still feels light and not weight down. I don’t think it is necessary to use it all the time. I would cycle it in with other shampoo’s and conditioners as it is meant to repair your hair. It is on my new favourites list along with milkshake products and living proof products.
