GREEN JUICE


I think the morning really sets the tone for the rest of the day and getting off to healthy start is always a great way to dive into the day. This smoothie literally energizes me right away and gives me the kick I need before a workout.

INGREDIENTS:

2 celery stalks

1/4 cucumber (skin removed) 

1 lemon (rind removed) 

fresh ginger (1 tsp worth) 

1/2 cup of water

DIRECTIONS

Add all ingredients to a blender (I use a vitamix), blend on high until smooth. Add water if necessary.
