YOGOURT PARFAIT
This makes a fantastic breakfast or lunch. I usually eat it for lunch because it's super easy to make the night before or in the morning before work. It's healthy, filling and delicious.
serves one
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup 0% greek yogourt
1/4 cup granola
2 tsps raw almonds
1 handful blueberries
1/4 cup blackberries
1/4 cup raspberries
1 tsp hemp hearts
drizzle of honey
DIRECTIONS
Place 3/4 cup greek yogourt in a bowl or tupperware (if you're packing it for lunch) top with granola, almonds and berries. Sprinkle the hemp hearts evenly across your yogourt and berries and finally drizzle honey over everything.
